" I have the Tanta for a gym shoe. The rubber lasts longer than some other shoes that get eaten up quickly by gym walls. My Tantas are comfortable; my toes touch the end, but are not smashed up at all. My heel fits snug and never slips. I would probably size down 0.5 in these if I get them again, but I bought them with a pro deal and couldn't exchange them :P"

" Bought way too small on bad advice from shop where I got them. Have given them to a friend and he tells me they're quite good beginner/intermediate shoes. Good for indoor climbing and bouldering."

" The shoe fit's perfectly snug but comfortable in my street size 10.5 US. Although a 10.5 in my streeth shoes provides a tad more room in the toes. The Tanta is a great beginner or all-around gym shoe as it can be worn for long periods without discomfort and it performs well for what it is. Would definitely recommend. I compared it to the Scarpa Vapor V's and the Evolv Kronos. I did like the Vapor V's and Kronos but they just did not fit my feet, they hurt and when I went up to a size that didn't hurt, they were too wide and didn't fit my heel properly. The Tanta's fit perfect for those with Morton's toe, and a relatively narrow heel and mid foot, with a normal to wide toe box requirement. "

" My first climbing shoes. Tight but not painful fit for the first 3-4 months. 12 months later, I need to overtighten the straps to get a secure fit. Still great for most indoor bouldering routes in my range."

" My second ever pair of climbing shoes. I wear 45 street shoe. These scrunch my toes nicely while still being comfortable enough to walk around in. "

" Fits my wider feet pretty well, and comfortable enough for a couple hours at the gym. They don't stretch very much. The harder rubber isn't great for smearing, but will take a beating until footwork improves. Solid starter shoes."
