"Love this shoe. I wear a 46.5 athletic shoe (size 12 US), but that's because my arch has flattened over time (I used to be a US 10.5). The 45.5 fits like a glove. Definitely would not go any smaller."

"Snug fit with flat toes, not much wiggle room. Still comfortable for several hours of wear. Great edging and sticky rubber. Could probably be a bit tighter for more performance. "
