"42.5 is probably the correct size. Tight, but I have gotten used to it. Used to feel very aggressive but compared to Solutions it's pretty comfortable. If I buy another pair I may try 42s but still will probably use 42.5 "

"I didn't downsize a ton, but I certainty wouldn't want to go any farther down. Perfect for vertical and slightly off in either direction. Mine are sized a smidge tight for jamming, but the heel fits better than any shoe I've ever tried. Unlined leather above the toes makes it fit my weird toes quite well"
