Good all-round shoe, but excels a few degrees to each side of vertical. Edges exceptionally well, and I prefer Evolv's XE rubber to XS Edge. Low tension heel works well for my heel shape, but the stiffness of the shoe keeps it on your foot even in tough heel hook moves. "

These shoes are good, I wouldn't go as far as to say an amazing shoe but they feel and climb like a workhorse of a climbing shoe. I wear size 11½ street shoes and got these in a 12 and would describe the fit as normal climbing shoes, the full sole makes them very stiff out the box with minimal change to that feeling, and the Evolv love bump in the forefoot helps apply force where needed, but I could go all day in these shoes. I could and might get them in my street shoes for 11 1/2 a more performance like fit. The way they fit now I have minimal toe-curling with a little room for movement within the shoe. I have a pretty low volume foot and similar persons could have an issue with getting a "
