Follow their instructions for a half size up from street size. Sized mine too small but otherwise solid shoe

**My shoe is the Tokyo Gold 2020 shoe**
First fit was tight and painful (likely due to not having any aggressive shoe before) revisited them after a few months in a pair of Scarpa stir and these now fit great and my current go to shoe, the tongue is super comfy on the foot and no dead spaces in my fit. Quite stiff at first but softens up pretty well and works everywhere indoors. Rubber is good however overall construction is lacking and seams stretched a bit straight from the box and the glue in some areas peeled back in a few spots near the top of toe box.
I will definitely try one of the newer models knowing the improvements allegedly made to the newer run of shoes. "

Good built, nice rubber and comfortable heel cup.
Over all a great shoe, especially for overhanging boulders.
The Soill page recommended a half size bigger for advanced climbers. In my case, because I have a broad foot on the toe-box area, I went a full size up from my street size and fits perfectly.
Would recommend you try it on before buying a pair.

Very tight fit. Can only endure for 30-40 minutes."

Sizing -- really wish i would have gone with a 10.5 or 11. The soft sole on these is a very different style of shoe than I'm used to. verdict still out for if I enjoy them or not. Have to see how they perform outside. "

First real shoe. Decent enough but doesn’t really excel in any particular area. "

" The original Kickstarter line suffers from a baggy heel and velcro stitching that unravels but after 4+ resoles these are still viable shoes. Originally, they felt aggressive but now they have a fairly neutral fit. They're not as flat as La Sportiva Miuras and come back with a bit of an aggressive toe when they have a fresh resole. Get them on sale from so iLL for about $80 if you can! (EU 46, UK 11, US 12, USw 13.5)"
