Fit is true to size. More secure fit with less wiggle room for my toes than a regular trainer/running shoe would have. "

Normal to tight fit. Very sticky rubber. Good friction on slabs, good edging. Comfortable for easy 5th class. Not a lot of support in soles, so may not be great for long hike with a heavy pack, but on the other hand, these shoes are very light."
