bought an 8, actually too loose so assuming a 7 would be fine after stretch. loved it but REI didn't have the size 7 in stock so I returned and bought another shoe. they were tight, definitely significant toe curl when they were fresh, but after a month of climbing, they stretched out to be too loose with lots of room in the heel. my guess is they stretched at least a size"

Great shoe for my beginner/intermediate status as I don't know much about shoes. They have held up great in the gym and outdoors. Only complain is the heel bit on my right foot (which I'm convinced is bigger than my left) is pulling away."
