Excellent as a training / indoor shoe. Wore down my first pair (the all-black ones), had them resoled, wore them down again and bought another pair (the more recent, "defy black" version) recently. The sizing is the same for both the old and new edition. Comfortable and sensitive. Smedging makes up for edging in gym conditions. Never managed to do anything about the smell. Do not stretch almost at all - get them right the first time."
